Planning a GCSE history trip to Thackray Medical Museum? Find out how to book a visit.
We provide three different sets of GCSE resources tailored to the examination specifications for AQA, Edexcel and OCR. Each of the three specifications is different in tone and scope. Thackray Medical Museum provides a dramatic backdrop to study: significant individuals, public health, science and technology, anaesthetics, antiseptics and other factors. The resources support students to become responsible for their own learning, understand chronology and discuss their ideas confidently.
